Thursday Crafternoon: Pressed Flower Bookmark

Remember a few episodes ago when we went over how to press flowers in a book really quickly? Well, go grab those books and pull out those flowers! It’s time we use them in a Crafternoon! And not just any Crafternoon, this is our last episode for the spring season as we break for summer! But check back in for our special summertime episodes over the next few months! (You can find the flower pressing episode HERE if you need to jump back!)

We will be using our pressed flowers, along with wax paper to make cute little floral bookmarks. (These would be great little Mothers Day gifts if you still haven’t made something for your mama yet!) You can also check out our last episode HERE if you’re looking for a Mother’s Day craft that would be a little bit easier for our younger artists!

This project uses an iron so it’s geared towards older students, or needs lots of adult supervision! But little artists can help design the bookmarks by deciding where certain flowers should go! The results are super sweet and whimsical! So go pull out your pressed flowers and...
