Step 1
Make a bouquet delivery plan of action! Choose a friend or family member to be in charge of delivering your flowers after your wedding/event if you will be going on a honeymoon and won't be delivering the flowers yourself! Share all of this information with them so they are fully prepared to deliver your flowers!

Local Drop Off:
Contact Hannah at 417-399-8099 a few days before your wedding to schedule a time to drop off! Our house has red brick with white bay windows and a sidewalk leading to the front door from the street! (Note: there is a house that you will pass just two down from ours that has the same house number. It is 706 Mimosa Drive, continue following GPS to Laurel Cir and you will find us!
Shipping:
We receive flowers from all over the U.S! Ship flowers to the address above the first business day after your wedding. You may use your choice of expedited shipping, we recommend using one-day shipping (especially in the summer!) and nothing longer than two days!

This tutorial shows how to properly package your flowers so that they arrive in great condition! Please have the person who will be shipping the flowers watch this ahead of time so they can make sure to have all the shipping supplies they'll need on hand when the time comes to ship!
Step 2
Choose your design! Look through our framing & design options by clicking the button below.
Select the design of your choice and add it to your cart! Use the code: DEPOSIT100 at checkout to apply your $100 deposit to your order!
Place your design order by the day we receive your flowers. We do not order framing supplies until orders are placed as each frame is custom made to order.

Step 3
Get MARRIED!
Enjoy the day in all of its magic. Carry your bouquet joyfully and drop it in a vase of water when you aren't using it. Following the wedding keep your flowers in water and in the fridge until they are dropped off or shipped. This will keep them in their best bloom for preservation!
Step 4
Send your flowers! Review our delivery information (step 1). Then properly ship or drop off your bouquet.
For shipping: When we receive your flowers in the mail we will send you a confirmation email letting you know they have arrived! If you have not heard from us within 24hrs of their estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately so we can ensure that your flowers have been received!
Step 5
Let us take it from here! Flower preservation is a slow, but rewarding process. Your flowers will spend up to 2 months preserving. Once they have finished preserving we will prepare them for design. Each bouquet is different and unique so times may vary but your order will take 2-3 months to be completed. It’s hard to wait patiently, but we promise your design will be more than worth the wait!
Step 6
Receive your finished design in the mail or pick it up from our home studio once it is finished!! Do a happy dance, hang it in your home and send us pictures! We love seeing our designs hanging up in their new homes! Make sure to share your photos by tagging us at Hannah Klein Design on our Social Media!
